Description

The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to, project management, detailed design, assembly of the RFQ package for construction services, construction contract administration, and inspection services for the following assets:

1. Two (2) Outdoor Sports Courts
a. Design of two courts.
b. Regulation sized rink (200ft x 85ft)
i. Including benches, boxes, and electrical plugins
c. One court will have a sport court surfacing
d. One court will be a smooth cement finishing
e. Per a request from City Council, the accommodation of winter ice on one of the courts must be investigated during the design process
f. Investigation into potential lighting for the courts
2. Storage Building
a. Storage facility (assume 10m2)
3. Pathway
a. Asphalt pathway providing efficient connection from the parking lot to the outdoor sports courts
